2021 Fall Softball
Below are the softball divisions for the fall of 2021 and the birth years for each division.
5U - Tee Ball: 2016, 2015
This is our first season to offer a tee-ball division. This division is geared toward beginners (four-year-olds and first time playing five-year-olds) as an introduction to the game.
6U - Beginning Coach Pitch: 2015, 2014
We will be making 6U a little more competitive this season to better prepare our six-year-olds for 8U. We also welcome our experienced five-year-olds in this division.
8U - Coach Pitch: 2013, 2012
In 8U, we begin to keep score and outs and bump up to an 11" softball. These games are played quickly and offer an exciting brand of softball.
10U - Modified Kid Pitch: 2011, 2010
We introduce kid pitchers in 10U, utilizing coach pitchers after three balls are thrown. The difficulty ticks up a notch with kid pitching and stealing.
12U - Kid Pitch: 2009, 2008
Welcome to real softball. A 12" ball is used and the youth modifications are removed from the rules.
14U - Kid Pitch: 2007, 2006
Same as 12U, except the pitchers move back a little more. We currently field one team that plays in the Frisco 14U league.
Softball Skills Sessions
Softball Skills Sessions, generally held Sunday afternoons at Frontier Park, will return for the fall season.
